There is only one IC at STPH that is a scary individual and AN is not the initials. What is this patients family history for arrhythmia's and CAD? If either are prominent then I recommend a holter monitor for the frequency of VT and a CT scan to detect blockages and calcium. A heart cath is very low risk and usually can be done thru the wrist.
