What do you think a state variance is within the charter? Lol.

Everything you typed is included in the state variance to the charter.

What you fail to mention is that public charter schools cannot get variances to federal guidelines.

However private schools (including private charters) are not held to that standard. With that lack of accountability, the private institutions should not be receiving any federal funds. And there is the cronyism. Wealthy private institutions are manipulating public dollars at the executive lecel at the expense of where the public dollars are intended to go.

Slashing the DOE budget and increasing funds that are able to leak to specific institutions is wrong. It is wrong because of the intent (to slide money to private institutions that aren't accountable in the same fashion as public schools for federal funding)
