If youre gonna go controller route I'd recommend the xbox one controller route. Windows 10 comes with drivers for it already installed and its comfortable
I do recommend going to electronic stores and trying out keyboards to see what you like (sounds a little goofy but you don't want a junk keyboard). I also recommend a mechanical keyboard rather than silicon based, as the keys tend to last longer.

that I don't know, I, like others ITT, built mine. Id say you ought to decide what games youre gonna play, see the recommended/required specs for the game to get an idea of what the computer you want will need. I actually based my components around Doom 2016 (as well as what was on sale) and its been able to handle everything I play really well thus far at higher graphics settings
