Yes but after the game he said “it hurts pretty bad I’m going to go get it checked out”.

No word out there, so it seems as though he just jammed his finger pretty good. You're right, it's a little worrisome, but I think he'll be fine. I'm sure it's not 100%, but hopefully it's at least not hurting him and maybe just a little uncomfortable
