I don't think vacating the NC or any wins is the biggest issue. If the NCAA, in their infinite wisdom, determined that LSU exercised a lack of institutional control based on the fact that WW was allowed to continue as coach without explaining his actions and/or meeting with his employer, it could spell much bigger problems for our athletic department.

I don't know if the NCAA would make that determination, but would it surprise anybody?

What evidence do they have that LSU lacked institutional control. There is no direct evidence of wrongdoing, all that is out there is an article written by a blogger, that was spoon fed to him by a criminal defense lawyer with an agenda.

Neither LSU nor the NCAA is ever going to get those transcripts, so if there is no evidence from Smart and his family, they'll be no evidence on anybody.

Both sides should have worked harder to reach an agreement or some type of respectful understanding. The crap Aleva pulled today was childish and very petty.
