Plate and screws in my wrist. You're looking at a minimum of 8 weeks before you'll be doing g anything that you'll consider normal activity. Depending on the fracture, surgeon may recommend longer.

That was 4 years ago. After surgery did OT for about 8 weeks and then it still took a while for my strength to return to normal.
