I'm so sorry for all that you've been through. I've lost both my parents also and I know it's rough (one to an unexpected heart attack, one to a long illness).

It sucks for a long time and some days it still sucks even several years later. But eventually I started to smile more often when I think of them instead of becoming sad. I hope that you are able to reach that point one day too.
