I can give you a place. It's not in Baton Rouge, but in BR area. I am talking about old time as in there is still the blue and red spin thing outside that all barber shops use to have.

The coke machine is bottled cocks and for a quarter you can get a hand full of m&ms.
Sounds great. Where exactly is it?

The barber shop by Reeves grocery store should be what you seek.

That was an unfortunate autocorrect. The real question is what the frick has OweO been searching for?

I guess the bottling process keeps them fresh for him.

Great Clips is consistently good and fast. Check in online and be seated when you walk in the door. In and out in 15 minutes.

Mastercuts father and son.
Father leaves around 3pm so go early as he really good.
His son Darren cuts most of the time.
They are both good old school barbers.

My Dad started me at Fontenot’s on Plank, across from Tony’s. It’s long gone as well. Good memories.

Oh yeah, I remember them too. Haven't been back in years. I would imagine that's not too nice a part of town anymore.

I remember if that the place Phil worked at around Plank Road.
He cut my hair when I was a toddler.

Just make sure you leave your political correctness at the door. That shite doesn't fly with them.

Sounds like my kind of place. I didn't have any to leave at the door anyway.

From my experience they make the best barbers. Old school barbers have no filter and will say anything. It's like going back in time.

No
I'm a creature of habit.
Only 2 barbers have ever cut my hair.

I like old school as much as anyone and grew up going to Rod at Broadmoor Barber Shop but that old man by Reeves, who cut my hair a few times is way to much to bear. I heard a long rant about JaMonkey Russell and can’t win with a “n” on the trigger. It’s fricking annoying. Not to mention how loud he is.

Well, Oweo said his barber has a coke machine full of “bottled cock.”

Yeah that's a little over the top I would say. Honestly I like the good old boys who just pull out the electric razor and don't waste any time. In and out.
