Bain was always known as a guy who could hit. He was shortstop in hight school (if I remember) and was always seen a guy with good all around talent. He didn’t just come out of no where.

his swing was ugly, most of the guys on our team played SS in High School, Bain absolutely came out of nowhere at the plate last year. Absolutely no one could have predicted he would be that productive.

Sorry to tell you dude, but almost all these players were SS on their high school team. Bain was great for us last year, but there is a reason he was not drafted in one of the 800 rounds of the MLB draft. He was not really good at one particular thing, but he did everything well enough....... See Chris Reid.
