I know if no recruiting practice that is in compliance with NCAA recruiting guidelines that permits a third party to receive ANYTHING in an offer to a recruit.
It seems to me that what was said on the taps is either a fireable offense or it's not. He hasn't been fired as far as I know.
If it's proven that this is all the NCAA has, nothing will happen to him. Then what purpose would a suspension have served?
