Burrow was a graduate transfer, not a recruit.
the only "transfers" that count as recruits are JUCO graduates/transfers. so Mett? he was a QB recruit. Burrow? not a QB recruit

And yet the fact remains that Burrow is 1 of the 25 available scholarships awarded in the Recruiting Class of 2018.
