So your issue is how they kept the animals from eating eat other? To not believe it because of that? I mean if God can instruct a non-boat builder how to build this massive vessel and have 2 of every animal on earth make its way to the ark, I see no problem with God not allowing the animals to eat each other. Obviously, I guess you didn't mean that.
