Twitch rivals says yes

there's also apparently a BR mod out there find link here ( not sure if works)

I recently started playing again after a short first session not long after launch. Currently in spring of year 2 and already close to completing community center. Yesterday i lucked into the galaxy sword so I'm excited to delve into the skull mines once I get this greenhouse going. I married Abigail ( the obvious choice). My only mistake was picking trapper instead of fisher in my skills.

This has been great for passing time and a nice break from the normal stuff. Best part is there's nothing to buy with micros!

It's more than the lack of micro transactions. Concerned ape has continued adding multiplayer and end game content. He's just now talking about moving on to other projects, but will continue to support SDV.

For me it has been one of the best games in the last 5 years.

Some of the videos I've watched hit the nail on the head. A lot of players don't like it or get discouraged their first attempt and become long time players when they pick it back up later.

I loved Harvest Moon but I also played it on a deployment when there wasn't shite else to do. I bought the game and when I saw the similarities I thought meh, I'll play later... and just never came back. Once I was able to put a full season in and see some upcoming goals I was hooked.

Once I hit all the achievements I'll do another play through with the joja mart route before looking for any mods.

I literally started playing this for the first time multiplayer with my 2 kids (7 and 9) over LAN this past weekend and it's been a ton of fun. We have all gone into it totally blind, so I've been really surprised by how much there is to this game outside of farming.

Just when I think I have the game pinned down, something new is introduced that changes it up or opens up new options.

I gave my 6 year old my 3dS and harvest moon:: back to nature.

If he likes/grasps it enough i will buy again for his switch.
