Budget estimates put the cost at $152 to $175 million. Let’s say $240 million between production and advertising costs. I’m going to just assume there were no gross points/bonuses or additional revenue just to keep the math simple.
So let’s say we’re at $750 million ww at the end of the weekend. Let’s assume that Disney did it’s usual and got more than the 50% of the cut. That means they would be at $390 million in their cut. $390 million minus their $240 million cost puts them at $150 million profit.
Nothing to sneeze at but they probably want to have revenue to cost at a 2-1 ratio so they need to get this up in the billion range more or less to hit that.
Then again with Endgame next month almost assured to hit $2 billion, and with 4 more movies assured of hitting a billion (toy story, lion king, frozen 2, and episode 9) and 2 more with a decent shot at it (FFH and Aladdin), Disney won’t exactly be shitting a brick if this movie only nets them a profit of $200 million.

It's first week outperformed every Marvel character origin story's first week not named Black Panther.
I would say that's a bit more than "nothing to sneeze at".
