Lucille's Red Kettle in Alexandria -- best chicken fried steak you ever had -- served every Wednesday. Also, a little bar b que joint in Grayson, La -- yum, yum.

I went Saturday and downed a Bueche's burger. I am pretty sure my heart slowed a little bit from the clogging, but it was definitely worth every bite!
