Every time I see somebody talk about sleep paralysis they always claim they saw a dark shadow person walking towards them and they couldn’t move.

Now I have had that one. The shadow was in the corner of my apartment. Just standing there. I pulled myself off the mattress as if I weighed a ton but I was stuck for long enough to be really scared. Crazy you mention that. Haven’t thought about that in 20 years.

I’ve had it a few times and it’s this.
For me it’s more like I can move but don’t, hard to explain. It’s as if my mind is like “okay we should get up now” but then the message gets forgotten and I sit there frozen.
The last few times I THINK I knew I was safe.
Now that you brought this up I feel like it’s going to happen again
