A C-section or vaginal induction that results in death of the infant isn't the same as killing it before it has a chance to fight. Can't save them all, but they should at least get the chance. And "termination of pregnancy" is not the same as termination of the infant. You can terminate a pregnancy for a multitude of reasons and save both mother and baby.
I do agree that a mother should have the choice to end a pregnancy if her life is at risk and the only way to save her would be to deliver the baby. But after the age of viability, the delivery method should be what's deemed best for both mother and baby.
