It’s ok, the SCOTUS didn’t understand it either when the issue was states having a house in their bicameral legislatures based on geography rather than population. They ended up ruling that practice as unconstitutional. It would be funny if it wasn’t true. That is why in states, they still have to have both their house and senate chambers based on population with the only real difference maybe being the number of legislators (fewer senators means larger senate districts than house districts).
