Yeah, a stopped vehicle in the middle of the interstate. I'm sure he was expecting or could even tell it was completely stopped on an icy, rainy interstate at midnight.

Every day in Atlanta I see someone on the side of a busy highway (45-55) or interstate (55-70) tying down a load or changing a flat, etc. I know people have places to go and stuff, but limp to an exit or call for help, it's not worth the risk.

JB won't burn in hell, but a short jail sentence is probably appropriate. When you're driving you control a 2 ton killing machine and have responsibility to operate it safely.
