I've said it once and I'll say it again: trans issues are not gay and lesbian issues. Gays and lesbians don't really have "issues" outside of normal day to day shite every straight person faces, too.
Hell, I'd argue being gay or lesbian is privileged these days. But my issues are definitely not similar to trans issues.

gay people stick their dicks in places most don't.
Who fricking cares. Some straight people frick cantaloupes. Some people stick their dicks in vacuum cleaners. Who fricking cares. Who or what you frick does not define you as a person.
Trans people on the other hand.. are mentally ill. Being a cross dresser is one thing, actively thinking you're a man trapped in a woman's body or vice versa, is not sane.
Just 3 years ago, this was KNOWN in the scientific community as a MENTAL ILLNESS -- gender dysphoria.
Holy shite we have gone far down the rabbit hole.
