WTF would that accomplish. What she should of done is tell her son to get on the bus the next day and without saying a word walk straight up to the bully and kick him in the nuts as hard as he could. Then kick him the nuts again. And again and again and again until the 9 year old is crying and begging for mercy. That’s how you handle bullies. You kick them in the dick.
