My 8 year old son isn’t too great in school. C average. I want him to go to college but nothing wrong with his current interests.
Police officer, fire fighter, aircraft mechanic.....
They require minimal technical school if any at all.
The next generation will call us stupid because we and our parents put so much value on college education and it isn’t getting the average BS or BA anywhere.

Graduating college is the safest way to indicate success. However, too many people start and don't finish
