I'm in SW Arkansas. Basically starting from scratch on my lawn as the previous owners completely neglected the lawn. We took down over 50 trees to open up the back and front yard (about an acre total).

My plan is to seed Bermuda this Spring. I tried to do it last year but I was late getting it down as we didn't close on the house until middle of April

For the most part, I've got a cleared, barren lot. Mix of good soil and sand/clay. Soil sample has been sent

But for now, I've got a whole lotta weeds coming up. Should I just spray it all with something that will torch everything and then seed once the temps are more appropriate?

If you are going to seed with a common Bermuda, you could spray everything with Trimec now to take out the broadleaves, and when it warms up a little hit it all with some MSMA. I'm sure there is some common Bermuda already there, and it should come through those sprayings. That way you may not have to start out seeding a completely bare lawn.
