Which part? The proposed 3rd trimester abortion that was legalized in New York, Rhode Island, and attempted in Virginia or the killing the baby after birth? Maybe you can clear that up in context.

Something that should entirely be up to the mother with the advice and guidance of physicians. Nothing wrong with it at all.
