But you said there were more perfect ACT scores than slots?
There were about 3,000 perfect act scores last year.
Hopefully your daughter values truth more than her old man enjoys bullshitting random people on the internet.

This is where I get exceedingly pedantic.
You aren’t facing off against other people in a competition. You’re sending Princeton an academic resume, and saying “gee shucks” if you don’t get in.
And most people who apply just don’t meet their standards. They didn’t have a shot from the start.
That’s not competition, it’s wishful thinking.
And that wishful thinking is what skews their selection rate.
