I take 6 meds between my mental health and birth control
Between some being taken more than once a day and some requiring multiple pills, I take 10 pills a day. It’s very annoying

It may be annoying, but if they help keep your brain chemistry where you need it to be, be thankful for them.
My wife has BP and she takes the smallest dosages available of lithium and lamictal. Exercise, proper sleep, meditation, and those small doses keep her 5 by 5. She doesn't like taking them, but knows how much they help her.
