Oh man... Iron and Wine. He played roots fest last year (or was it two years ago?), and it was a snooze fest. I've actually seen his regular show before, and it wasn't nearly that sleepy, but I guess he took the Roots Fest moniker as an excuse to really mellow things out.

The younger crowd was leaving in droves and heading off to other shows around town. Never seen people desert the headliner like that at Roots.
