Are they any good? They keep popping up on my recommended bands feed - I've been recently listening to Wilco, Son Volt, The Jawhawks, Whiskeytown, and sine Ryan Adams -- if that helps.

They're really good. Probably better live, as a lot of their studio stuff can be a little sleepy, but their musicianship really comes through in the live show. The song "Michigan" is probably one of their most popular.

This is one of my favorite MCK clips. They play their classic "Snake Eyes" in rehearsals for the Showtime documentary Another Day, Another Time. Needless to say, those in the room, including T Bone Burnett, Marcus Mumford and Chris Thile are completely blown away by them.
