If LA had 15 and now we have 30 that would be a 100% growth rate. It doesn't say how many jobs there are

You probably have and didn't know it, a lot of them go to med school, the course work meets the usual pre-med requirements. Both LSU and Tulane have programs and graduate a few evey semester.
