The spots appear to be only close to the bottom of the soil in my above ground garden.

Is my only option to remove all soil? Or can I till it up good and spray some sort of miracle spray?

Fungus is good for your soil. The pro mixes have mycelium added.

Not really sure that I would do anything at all unless you see some negative effects of the mold.

I had some blight and poor production last planting. I'm thinking this was the cause. Or maybe I just add more soil, fertilize then address the blight if it comes back?
