Not really. It hasn't been a year of good fortune and AD's health has been no different. We have lots of talent surrounding a "top 3 player in the league". Jrue, Niko, Randle mostly among other nice pieces of Payton, Moore etc.

And then they look at our record and say yea...they suck.
And as usual everyone is hurt. It's year 7 since AD has been here of multiple starters being hurt for extended periods.
Everyone knew this was a put up or shut up year regarding keeping AD. A lot even speculated that a competitive 2nd round was the minimum that would be needed to convince him to sign a new 5 year deal.
We're not even making the playoffs...we suck.
