Both.
Some all-natural hippy people, some far right people. I know someone who lives in California and is Traditional Catholic (extremely conservative); she refuses to vaccinate because of the use of aborted fetal cells in the development of some vaccines.

I think the South generally has the higher rates of vaccination in the country. It is one thing this region actually does well.
