He had good reason too? Explain. Orgeron knows jack shite about running an offense. He isn’t qualified to run an offense. Are you telling me that the owner of a pharmaceutical company should go in and meddle with the chemicals even though he has no background in chemistry just because he’s the boss?
GTFOOH with this “the boss is always right” bullshite. A good boss knows his limitations and doesn’t interfere with things he knows nothing about.

People don't get this.
Sure the boss has the authority to do whatever he wants but having the authority doesn't confer the expertise to do so.
