that all may be true; but, for the president of the USA to purposely exaggerate for his own benefit/ego is NOT the same of just plain ole exaggeration. He is to be held to a high standard and, if he is joking, he certainly is not walking back his exaggerations when they are questioned.
But, all well and good, we see now Trump's agenda empowering total useless individuals like Ocasio-Cortez and other liberals that even many democrats do not like. Trump's "exaggerations" or whatever you want to call it, and his global stance, are creating monsters on the other side and people are buying into their nonsense.
It is Trump's job, or it should be, to entice the moderate dems and moderate republicans to swing further toward the right or to at least stay in the middle---right now, because of trump's BS, people are going far left or, at a minimum, farther left than before Trump. That is not really good for the USA.
All Trump has to do is moderate his behavior, become credible, stop tweeting, and listen to his more experienced and much smarter advisors.
I can't find any use for Ocasio-Cortez; but, trump's dishonesty is keeping me and many of my peers from accepting his points of view solely due to his constant BS and pettiness. We simply do not know when he is telling the truth---that goes directly to your point of "exaggeration" being harmless. IT IS NOT harmless when it is coming from the leader of the free world.
Thank your father for his service. by the way.
