Ched, you can actually refill a PCP rifle using a hand pump which can be purchased for $140-175. However after pumping 3300 psi into an air cylinder, you will soon want to buy a CF tank. I buy used SCOTT CF tanks off eBay for < $225 and the local fire station refills my tanks
