Also if gravity effects were different then animal strengths would adjust accordingly. Like people who spend too much time in low/zero gravity can barely support themselves when returned to normal gravity.

Gravity in the newtonian model is highly dependent on mass, however it might be increased slightly through stress-energy tensor issues...
The difference in what we are talking about is likely unnoticeable...
If the universe operates even 50% of the way it is perceived to be.
