It's 4 (I just checked my account). Can also download shows on 4 devices.
I doubt Netflix would get involved in this for that reason. They clearly expect and allow sharing of account information.
Amazon Prime allows you to link a family account as well, though I think it may be limited to 1 or 2.
I don't know about other streaming services though.
