Arkansas will have signed around 29 by the seasons beginning. I remember Butch signing like 32 a couple of years. Nonides how he did it.
Only way it's working for Arkansas is because they processed out about half a signing class in the past year, thanks to either medical issues, transfers or "retirements" from football.
It only makes sense that if you sign under 25 one year you can sign over 25 the next year.
