Hes in 60s, had not been a full time coordinator since 1998 and signed a big fat deal for him. What motivation does he have? People here are quick to blame the players, refs, and everything under the sun except precious Steve's scheme. What even is his scheme exactly?
Coach O said they'd run the "spread" but that felt like a joke the instant he said it.
