You do realize that there's a difference in not prioritizing something and outright trying to lose right? I get it, these concepts are hard, but you're just being flippant for the sake of it now... Strategy and resting players comes into play in every sport across the world... Sorry if you're too obtuse to understand what's involved in that

City and Pellegrini started David Fapaula against fricking Chelsea in this same competition three years ago at striker because we had a game mid-week in Kyiv.
I get the fact that you rest people, I don’t believe in starting some bullshkt narrative that you don’t prioritize a competition in any way only after you get knocked out.
If Pool had won today nobody would have been saying this.
