That team literally had 4 NBA players and 6 professional basketball players and didn’t make the tourney. One of the NBA guys didn’t even start lol. That’s how ignorant and bad Johnny Jones was. Have you ever seen anyone blame Blakeney or Quarterman for that team? No but they’re NBA players who also didn’t make the tourney that season. I don’t know what it is about Simmons that has Rantards constantly attacking him? Maybe it’s the fact these people all predicted him to fail in the NBA and he’s proven them wrong once agin crushing an ignorant Rant narrative. Whatever the case that seasons failures lie solely with Johnny Jones. It wasn’t the first time he had a roster full of NBA players and didn’t make the dance so I dunno why anyone was surprised when he fell short again.
