The homeowner was sketchy, to be sure.
Bit it was a fricking Chihuahua. And this low-life, arrogant punk shoots it.
How knuckle-dragging scum like these two pigs end up with badges is beyond me. They both should be fired and charged with a crime.

I’m in no way saying the dog deserved it or anything of the sort, I’m just here to point out that if Chihuahuas were 50# dogs instead of 5-10 pound, this world would not be safe for human beings. Those are skiddish, aggressive little dogs
