OP,
If you aren't picky about color or the Platinum package, you might be interested in this truck:
Bill Hood Ford
No sunroof but I can vouch that they will work to get you in the price range you want. I looked at a similar Lariat from there back in September (only difference was it had a sunroof & a few other items) and had me at $50,950 (wanna say MSRP was $62,750) before TT&L while throwing in a bed liner. I ended up buying a Denali instead but they were receptive to my questions and the negotiating and I would've gladly done business with them if I hadn't gotten a better deal for my GMC.
