It would have had Miles took back control of the offense sooner than later like he did in Cameron's first year as OC. Cameron passed a lot in his first season as OC with a strong arm Mettenberger throwing to both Landry and Beckham and putting up ridiculous stats. I don't think Miles liked that, and towards the end of that season they were back to running heavy again. Lol But I'm glad it worked out for both Beckham and Landry even though I think they would have still shined in the pros with their talent without those stats that season. That shootout against Georgia was fun to watch, but probably not for Miles. Lol

Most all the coaches of the era changed(even Saban!!!!) but Les just couldn't get that Bo Schembechler(sic?) style out of his head!

Saban actually said that he was glad Miles decided to stop passing and go to the run in the second half of the Bama game that season.
