So, apparently taking prednisone will knock you straight out of ketosis, despite your carb intake. Am I the only person who didn't know this?
I only took it for about 3 days. How long will it take for me to get back into a state of ketosis assuming I am following the 20 carb, 70% fat protocol?

I had some issues when I received some allergy shots, but it was due to increased appetite. Depending on how fat adapted you are anywhere from 2-5 days.
