Oline needs to improve.
It will be, but only marginally so; not enough to make a significant difference.

Returning talent simply not good enough.

Incoming Freshman OL's also not in the "Immediate Difference Maker" category.

Cole Smith needs to come in at 300 lbs + and be the starting Center. (Deculus needs to cross-train there too)

if Cregg is a Championship level OL Coach either. No evidence as of yet that he is.

Injuries will also make it worse. (And it happens with consistency every season)

That's the harsh reality of the OL situation, not the Fantasy/Hope/Sunshine version of how things are.....

Cush still has 2 more years (though with a good enough season to move into the 1st round next season could be his last). But yes, we need Cole Smith to be hitting it hard in the S&C program along with the undersized center we signed in this class. Center does seem a positin of concern though just due to what do we do if Cushenbery were to go down with an injury.

Don't forget Dare Rosenthal. He should start at left tackle.

The offensive line will be better. Hell they had nowhere to go but up.
