Doesn’t this have to go back to the Senate with the amendment?
I haven’t kept up. If it does, House passage is meaningless. The Senate isn’t getting 60 votes

Yes, and several of them have already gone home. They can be called back, but do you really think they'll all come back just before Christmas to vote on a bill that's not going to pass?

60 is correct.
Won't happen.
After the market crashes the house will produce bill without wall. Senate will pre-override the veto. 75 votes.
