(ETA: I'm thinking of somebody else - Raydar Jones is an ATH that could play Corner, WR and/or return man).

With Stingley, Hampton and Flott (ETA: And Jones), I think we're okay at corner for this class.

Good point. I think the best news would be Fulton back to full strength by Spring ball, Stingley looks completely ready to play day 1, and that means Joseph can move to his (more) natural position of Safety will help this - some.

The big offseason losses at Safety will be Battle and Paris (and the latter was either hurt, got passed up or both). We return Delpit (the best Safety in college football), Stevens, Monroe and Harris, which isn't a bad corps. Moving Joseph to Safety will give us at least 5 who have played, plus Cameron Lewis who played a little this year. If healthy, I'm comfortable with those 6. I don't know anything about the JUCO kid, Loftis, or the Nicholls transfer, Moore. I must assume they're not playing for a reason.

Problem is - for sure Delpit is gone after 2019. We will need at least 2, if not 3 safeties next year, for sure.

I've been concerned about our safety depth. At the time, it didn't seem like losing Sterns last year was going to be a big deal, but man, how would he and Delpit look back there next year?

I thought I had read Hampton projects more as a safety than a corner, so I was really hoping he'd make it to campus for this reason. I know he's listed on 247 as a CB, but is that really where he's likely to play?
