That is a great idea and I fully support it. Getting these countries to a place of stability combined with legitimate border security is the best way to stem the tide of illegal immigration. You need both. I'm all for it and it will save us money in the long run.

Hell no it's not. You think if Mexico was stable, the El Salvadorians would want to migrate there instead of US? But I agree, this is a great way to lose his base in a hurry when the whole f'ing platform was BUILD THE WALL, not WE CAN'T BUILD THE WALL B/C WE'RE GIVING OUR WALL MONEY TO MALCONTENTS
