If a person has a disease, If God wants to heal the disease He will, if you ask and believe He will cure you or the person.
Many times Christ healed someone He would say, "Your faith has healed you." The miracle was granted because the person believed Jesus was the true Messiah. This still happens today. God will heal you if you believe, unless your time on earth is complete.
